EMS training for cellulite

Woman grabs her thigh to show her cellulite, which she wants to treat with EMS training

Cellulite affects most women, regardless of their silhouette, age and body mass index (BMI). For the majority, it is a self-esteem problem, but thanks to the use of electrostimulation, this problem can be alleviated or even eliminated. In addition to creams, surgical and massage devices with palpation, an EMS device has positioned itself as a highly effective anti-cellulite agent with which you can achieve positive effects.

Cellulite mostly occurs in the hips and thighs. The so-called orange peel skin is caused by a group of saturated fat cells that are stored under the skin and thus cause deformations. Regular use of electrostimulation with a suitable device can help to reduce cellulite and, if necessary, even help to eliminate it.

Massages with electrostimulation have a draining and muscle-building effect without effort. On the other hand, electrostimulation helps prevent the appearance of fat cells and makes cellulite disappear. In addition to its efficiency, it has several advantages: it is practically painless and easy to use at home.

How to place EMS electrodes for training against cellulite

Since the area around the legs and buttocks is relatively large, we recommend our 12x7 cm electrodes for use

Buy the appropriate electrode now
  • Power

We recommend program P18 for beginners and P20 for advanced users with the STIM-PRO X9

  • Muscle mass

We recommend program P22 for beginners and P24 for the STIM-PRO X9 for advanced users

  • Endurance

We recommend program P26 for beginners and P28 for the STIM-PRO X9 for advanced users

Please note when using EMS:

The intensity should be set so that the intended muscle contracts significantly without causing you to feel pain.

Before training, you should warm up your muscles to prepare them for the upcoming exertion. Our EMS TENS combination device STIM-PRO X9 has pre-installed warm-up programs that start automatically before the actual training programs. So you can carry out your training completely relaxed.

  • 1. Place EMS electrodes

Place the electrodes on the muscle as described on this page

    2. Select program on the EMS device

Choose one of the recommended programs on the STIM-PRO X9 or introduce yourself. through the freely selectable parameters, your own training program together

  • 3. Squats with an EMS device

Electrostimulation massage: anti-cellulite drainage effect

The most effective method against cellulite is to improve blood circulation and lymphatic drainage through massage. The drainage not only stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation but also breaks down the fat cells that cause clusters of cellulite.

Draining massages can be performed with a TENS or EMS electrostimulator. Most devices offer electrostimulation massages, which are mainly intended for post-workout recovery. By placing the electrodes in the critical areas (especially onhips and buttocks) and the selection of the massage program with the appropriate intensity and frequency, the user benefits from an anti-cellulite effect with progressive action.

Notice: The parameters of the electrostimulator are generally predetermined. The user can adapt them to their needs: the electrical stimuli should never be uncomfortable, so you need to find the right settings to feel a pleasant tingling sensation.

The effects of electrostimulation on orange peel skin

Another way to effectively fight cellulite is themuscle development. During development, muscle takes the place of fat cells, which gradually disappear. In addition to a contoured silhouette, the skin regains a firm and smooth appearance.

TheElectrostimulation of the muscles (EMS) allows to perform muscle training without effort and limitations. The electrostimulator can be used anywhere and often provides visible effects quickly. The cellulite electrodes measuring 12 x 7 cm are suitable for use with the appropriate EMS device.

For quick results, anti-cellulite electrostimulation, massage and muscle strengthening are recommended at 1 to 2 sessions per week for 2 months. In any case, the effectiveness of anti-cellulite application depends on the metabolism and persistence of training, and requires long-term care.

Another crucial factor for the effectiveness of electrostimulation is thelifestyle. In order to obtain a faster effect, it is recommended to combine the use of the electrostimulator with traditional sports practice and an appropriate diet, low in salt, sweets and fats, accompanied by an ample intake of water. According to these guidelines, the results of electrostimulation mean a successful and rapid treatment against cellulite: "dimples" can thus decrease and even disappear.

  • Train anywhere

You can do EMS training anywhere, even at home. However, it can also be used on the go without any problems.

  • Gentle on the joints

Due to the electrical impulses, you can largely do without additional weights, which is easy on your joints.

  • Time efficient training

Due to the higher intensity, the training duration can be reduced compared to conventional training

  • health oriented

Regardless of whether you are a sports enthusiast or a beginner, everyone can benefit from EMS training right from the start
